Story

Post trio Winnie Agbonlahor, Dominic Howell and Jemma Cox will wade through mud, swim through ice cold water, climb up walls, as part of this year's Survival of the Fittest 12K race in Nottingham on Saturday, October 13.

We are doing this race after completing the Robin Hood Half Marathon on Sunday, September 30, all in under two-and-a-half hours. We have so far raised just over half or our target of £1,000 for the our Room to Breathe appeal, which aims to raise £60,000 for a dedicated Nottingham Post room in a new £6.6 million unit for cystic fibrosis patients at the City Hospital.

Any donations, however small, will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to look at our page.
