We support & empower refugees in Scotland to rebuild their lives in safety

Story

I'm running in this year's Edinburgh Marathon which is taking place virtually. That means I'm setting off on my own on Sunday 30 May at 10am and completing 26.2 miles solo.

This is my first marathon and completing it will be a fairly big achievement for me. I want to do the charity proud, so I've been putting in the miles since December, so I'll hopefully get round in under four hours.

The Scottish Refugee Council provides advice and services to asylum seekers and refugees. The objective of the organisation is ‘building a better future with refugees in Scotland’. Your support directly helps make the lives of refugees in Scotland better.
This year the council helped almost 1500 people build a better future in Scotland.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
