As Karen started the couch to 5k with us back in January and had to stop due to pneumonia. She was really enjoying getting into jogging so I have decided to run this 10k in her memory and raise money for a cause I know Karen would approve of..

All creatures Great & Small is funded on donations alone and is struggling at the moment. 

So lets see how much we can get for the sanctuary and help some of the cats and dogs who need a bit of love in their lives..
