We are running the EMF 5K this May. We know many of you can probably run a 5K without training but the only thing we usually run for is the bus... let alone the uphill track around Arthur's Seat.

We have decided to take this opportunity to raise money for Scottish Women's Aid. This is a charity close to our hearts- operating from Edinburgh but, the work it does also reaches out to women across the UK and across the world.

Scottish Women's Aid gives a voice to women who have experienced abuse. As we all know, a staggering amount of assault and rape goes unreported. Scottish Women's Aid empowers those who the judicial system have failed.

This is our first 5K in a while and we are planning on running this without stopping or walking- we will provide photo evidence on the day ;)
