We are a team of 10 running the 10km assault course across the gruelling Lake District terrain with more than 30 hardcore, military inspired, obstacles.
Lung busting hills, ice cold river crossings, muscle sapping obstacles and more mud than you can imagine await us and anyone else brave enough to take on the challenge.
This course is designed to test our physical and mental ability to the absolute limit but we couldn't be doing it for a more worthy cause and have been inspired by such a strong and beautiful little Girl "Rosie".
