I have been selling Big Issue North for many years , and have recently changed pitches, from Manchester Victoria Station, to Manchester Piccadilly. 

The secret to selling magazines is to have a good physical condition and stay a long time on the street and to have a smile for everyone.

I recently ran a half marathon on 20th May 2018, as part of the Simply Health Great Manchester Run. I completed the race in 1 hour 44 minutes and 58 seconds. Staff at the office were very pleased with my time, but I was not. This is because I was ill on the day and know I can do better.

To get my revenge, I will now be running the Leigh Track 6 Hour Challenge. This means I have to complete as many laps of the track at Leigh Sports Village as I can in 6 hours!

As part of this challenge, I will be raising funds for Big Issue North Trust because they help vendors like me."
