I've been a keen runner for some time yet never had I ran a publicly organised and timed event, it was time to up my game and get involved. Whilst this event wasnt specifically aimed as a charity fund raiser, I thought I should try and make more use of my efforts. A friend made me aware of the important work the Suzy Lamplugh Trust undertake. They work hard to provide help, support and advice for anyone  that has suffered with stalking, violence and aggression, they also manage the National Stalking Helpline. As I'd never heard of it before I felt it extremely worthwhile. 

Please give what you can, every penny counts. If this doesn't break me up probably do a another.
