Welsh Women’s Aid is an amazing charity that supports survivors of domestic violence and abuse whilst also campaigning to end domestic violence completely. 

Knowing my loved ones could need their support and resources one day means I’ve decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on 6th October 2019 to help raise money for the charity. Any donation you can make would be very much appreciated and really help make sure I cross the finish line!
