Our charity helps enrich the lives of many people including people with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health challenges. We also support carers. 

I'd like to give you a small flavour of the wonderful work we do but not everyone wants to have their face all over social media.  So I have taken Brian, the bear, along with me to some of the activities  that adults with learning disabilities can access through guideposts. Brian is very active. He has been flying, gone horse riding, tried indoor skydiving, visited art galleries, been on a duck tour in London (bus/boat) and gone rock climbing.  Lets keep him and his friends fit, active and engaged.
