Hi everyone, I am pleased to say that I have been selected to take part in Personal Health and Fitness gym "Apprentice Fit" programme, along with 4 other trainee trainers we all take on 4/5 clients who are all taking part in "The Biggest Loser" challenge and are letting us help them through their weight loss/fitness journey! The lucky candidate to win will then be given the opportunity to go on a fitness course.                     I'm highly motivated to keep the participants positive throughout their hard challenge!

I have chosen Grovehill Animal Trust, the charity and volunteers work endlessly to help and give animals shelter and a good quality of life. With the growing rate that animals are brought to the trust the bills are going up at an alarming rate for vet care, food and general running of the shelter etc! Every penny is much needed for the little souls!
