would love to say Im running half/full marathon... that'll come next, but this charity Life Cycle UK is soooo worth supporting, they do loads of stuff for the community. I'll let their description of the project I'd love to raise money for speak for itself:

BIKE BACK

With the help of prisoners we strip down, clean and refit old bikes so that they are as good as new. Our experienced mechanics will be on hand to teach them the skills they need to do this, and to ensure that refurbishment is undertaken to high standards. We then sell them at affordable prices with the intention of helping local people on lower incomes to get a bike and start cycling.
