Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Plan is a global children’s charity that works with children in the world’s poorest countries to help them build a better future. That includes helping the children and their communities with access to safe drinking water, an actual education and support for the family to earn a living so the kids can enjoy as much time as possible being actual kids.

On a personal level, I've taken on the Royal Parks Half Marathon as a target for my post-wedding training. After losing "some" weight ahead of our wedding in August, I figured I needed something to keep the training going after the nuptials were all over.

After just about completing two 10km runs in the first six months of 2014, it seemed like a good idea to step things up and I'm hunting down the half marathon distance of 20km.

This is a huge challenge for me. Less than 12 months ago I could barely jog the length of myself so any support you can give will help drive me towards the finish line.
