Most colleagues would bond after work over a beer, or at one of those cliché team building weekends away that involves building a raft. Yet of course that wouldn't be bold enough for the team at S3 Advertising.

On the 7th of May 12 members of #TeamS3 will be taking on the World's Biggest Obstacle Course - Rat Race Dirty Weekend. A brutal course that covers 20 miles and includes 200 obstacles designed to test our limits and take us out of our comfort zone. 

Office bragging rights aside, there’s a bigger reason we’re entering this year’s race; to raise money for local charity, Kids Cancer Charity.

Providing a range of services – from play therapy to a
befriending program – the Kids Charity Cancer’s aim is to focus on issues that relate to the quality of life for children and their families that have been affected by this horrible disease.

Kids Cancer Charity understands that treating cancer is
about so much more than just medical treatment; the benefits of being able to talk about the turmoil and pain is equally as important as any course of chemotherapy
or radiotherapy.

Whether it’s a listening ear at the end of a telephone, an
email chat or a face-to-face meeting, the charity’s promise is to listen
without judgement and provide care on an individual level.

We’re extremely proud to be racing for this amazing cause and
urge you to help us in the battle against cancer by making a donation.
