Story

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching this page and taking the time to read my story.

On 30th July 2017 I will be riding the Prudential 100 in loving memory of a very special cousin, Sarah Perkins. Sarah suffered from Multiple Sclerosis and benefited from the help and support of the Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre. It's a wonderful place where individuals who already suffer from the disease can get the specialist therapies they need to help manage their condition.

On the day I will be cycling alongside Lee, Sarah's partner and my husband Ross. Together we will be taking on this challenge to remember her and the wonderful person she was but also to raise awareness of the disease and the importance The MS Therapy Centre has for MS sufferers.

I've raised money for MS before but this year the challenge seems even more poignant. We all miss and love Sarah terribly but we hope this challenge will be a positive way to celebrate her life and in some small way help others living with this disease.

Thank you so much for reading this far. If you feel like making a kind contribution to my page I would be so very grateful. I know it will also serve to provide a huge kick when the going gets tough on the day. It's worth mentioning any fundraising I undertake will be matched by my company so your contribution will be doubled up to £500.

With love and thanks, Sally
