Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

I will be running in my very first 10k event on 30th September, as part of a team from Curious Minds. We're calling ourselves 'the fast and the Curious'. A bit less of the 'fast' in my case! Its a big step up for me, having never (officially) jogged more than a stately 5k before.

Our run aims to raise money for Curious Minds' Curious Stories fund, which will support the delivery of arts and cultural experiences for children and young people who might otherwise not have the chance to experience the transformative power of the arts. 

Curious Stories began as a collection of illustrated stories, in which celebrities such as Dame Judy Dench and Johnny Marr recounted the early experiences of culture that changed the course of their lives. We are continuing this theme by striving to support more young people as they create their own curious stories.
