We are both trying to get healthy and improve our fitness.  We had started to do a bit of running/jogging/shuffling and in a moment of madness Sally agreed to join Marie in running the Sheffield 10K on 24 September (this had nothing to do with us being in the pub at the time!). This is the first time either of us has undertaken anything like this but we have been training hard and in a strange way are looking forward to the challenge.  

This is a personal challenge for Marie and I but lots of people have asked us if they can sponsor us so we have decided to set up this site.
