Some of the girls at Saltus have decided to set themselves an impossible task.... to give up Instagram for a month.

Most of you know that we love a good insta story, showing off our fancy cocktails we are just about to drink and the odd selfie (#nofilter), but as of close of business on 20th July we are going cold turkey for a whole month.

We have decided to also give up Facebook for a month too!! 

We are doing this for a wonderful cause, Child Rescue Nepal, who are an incredible charity that aim to end child slavery in Nepal. Many of us have seen, or are going to see, first hand what this amazing charity does and they really do change children's lives.
