Harry and I have been talking about doing a bigger run for quite some time. Recently, whilst out together, I received an email from Headway East London about sponsored events. I showed this to Harry and - a few beverages deep at this point - we agreed to sign up to do the Hackney half. The next morning I woke up to a text from Harry reading simply, “half marathon” - we were locked in. We’ve not given ourselves much time to train, but we’re buzzing for what will hopefully be a really fun day and the chance to raise some money for an amazing organisation like Headway East London will make it even better!
