Anybody that knows us and our family will understand the journey so far with our daughter Lucie, and the struggles and challenges that she undertakes on a daily basis.

In 2013 we were very fortunate to be invited to the Michael Palin Centre in London, where we took part in a 2 week intensive programme, with a further 1 year follow up. This was specifically aimed to help children & parents to cope & understand how to deal with all aspects of stammering.

Because of the outstanding help & support that we have received from the Michael Palin Centre & Action for Stammering Children, we know how important it is for such work to continue for other families that will benefit. ABOUT OUR SUNDAY 1st MAY FUNDRAISING EVENT
Our event is a Run or Cycle (Or Walk if you prefer) from Herne Bay Clock Tower to Margate Clock Tower along the Viking Coastal Route.

We leave Herne Bay at 10am and arrive at your leisure at Margate. Drinks & refreshments will be provided along the route.
So either join in with us for the fun on Sunday 1st May, or if you can't make it and just want to donate a little something, we will be truly grateful.


WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE WITH YOUR HELP
This is the third year we have organised this event. Last year was extremely successful and we raised more than £1,400!!!!


This year we would like to reach at least £2,000!!!!.........WE KNOW WE CAN DO IT with your help.

This year Sam, Lucie and a few others will be running or cycling back to Herne Bay after the main event for a little extra donation, this is almost 26 miles (A MARATHON)!!! Sam has been training with friends in preparation for this day for many months.
