Sam was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2014 which had unfortunately spread to her spine. Despite treatment, the cancer continued to spread and The Ellenor Hospice were there to offer Sam and all the family support. From managing Sam's medication to arranging a wheelchair and offering counselling for all the family, Ellenor Nurses helped Sam get the right support to enable her to make the most of the time she had.
The Ellenor Hospice have a goal to provide the best quality, personalised care and support for all families facing terminal illness, and your donation will go towards helping them achieve that goal.
Sam felt that once The Ellenor Hospice got involved in her care that she was no longer just another patient and was amazed at the speed in which they organised things on her behalf.
