The Plymouth University Hockey club which I am a part of are running the Plymouth 10km run.
Being the captain of one of the teams that belong to this club I thought I should set and example and enter the run. That is as far as the example goes as I really hope the others don't end up like I suspect I might - crying, bleeding, and ordering a Dominos Delivery to the finish line as a final incentive.

We're raising money for the Bumblebee Conservation Trust because Bees are kind of important to well, y'know, the world. I'm sure you've all heard news reports of bee populations decreasing, well BBCT are doing something about that.
