Story

In 2016, I found out a friend of mines son had been diagnosed with wilms tumor, an aggressive childhood cancer, and I felt I had to help in some way, so with the help of some other people I organised 2 6 a side football tournament to send little lucas to Disney world, Florida.

After realising the success of the tournaments, I decided I would make one of them an annual tournament, each year picking a different child to surprise! 2017 saw Dakota-marie have enough money to pay for travel insurance so she could go to Spain (Dakota has a cancer that means she will never go into remission), meaning travel insurance is astronomical!

2018 saw little Nina James realising her dream of having a hot tub at home!

2019 is a little different. Just before the 2018 tournament, one of the players that participated tragically lost his son, and the children's bereavement centre in Newark have been an absolute god send to both him and his family, so this tournament is dedicated to rob's little boy, Samuel.

There will be a donation made to Newark first aid too.

If paying for your teams entry on here, please remember to comment with your team name and also remember to contact me, Matthew ash, to confirm you have done this.

Please share this page as much as possible!

Thank you!
