The funds raised on the day will go directly to supporting our young adults as they take their first steps into adult life. This can be a very exciting but scary time of life for any young person but this isn't always the case for the people we support. They can feel isolated and lonely, find it difficult to make friends and the opportunities for the future can be few and far between.
