As a family, we have signed up to run the Reading Santa run. This is our chance to raise a little bit of money for two  local charities-the MS Society and Sport in Mind-and introduce Martha and Edward to the idea of doing something to help other people at Christmas time. We know it is an expensive time of year so greatly appreciate any donation you can make, no matter how small  

Reading Santa Run attracts hundreds of runners to Reading Town Centre every December. Come and join in our festive fun run starting and finishing at the Forbury Gardens. Run on an all road 5K route through the heart of Reading. Our race takes you past St Laurence Church and Town Hall Square into Broad Street and through the Oracle Shopping Centre. The route then takes the cycle path along the Kennet and Avon Canal before crossing and returning towards Reading via Chestnut Walk and through the Oscar Wilde Gates. It then runs past the newly reopened Abbey Ruins and then finally past the Blade. Come and join in and help use raise thousands for local charities.
