For Fibromyalgia awareness day I will be walking up Moel Famau, (not a mountain but a very big hill) in order to raise money for fibroduck to help fund research into this syndrome which affects a lot of people in every aspect of their life.

I was diagnosed about 4 years ago and its been a roller coaster of a ride from being house bound to learning to manage what I can do, so this will be a massive challenge for me.

We will also be taking bets on who struggles the most.. Me or Rob!! 😂
