Story
In March 2019 my mental health took me to a place I never thought I would be. Going from a bubbly, outgoing person always laughing to someone that me, my family and friends did not recognise. It was a dark, lonely place and I felt like nobody could help me as I didn’t know how to help myself.
I became withdrawn, isolated and paranoid. I left the house very little and would ignore calls and texts from friends for days on end.
After months and months of trail and errors on medication, I started to feel better.
However with all that said, I am now back to the old me. Stronger and more determined than ever. The past year has been tough on everyone, but the impact on people’s mental health is massive. Without people fundraising for charities they would not be able to provide the fantastic services to people in need. I would be eternally grateful if you could spare anything towards this fanatic mental health charity to continue to do their job. 👊♥️💙
Thank you
Sarah 😘
