I decided I wanted to do a horse race in aid of my dad Robert that I sadly lost as he was very passionate about the racing industry and so am I. He was all I knew growing up in the world and so I wanted to do this and dedicate this race to him in aid of his memory from me.

The charity this race is for is an amazing charity called Greatwood and they do the most amazing work.

Greatwood is the only organisation that uses ex-racehorses to educate disadvantaged children and young adults with special educational needs.
