Story

The past few months have been really tough. Coronavirus has hit already struggling veterans and their families hard and it continues to disrupt lives. Our support services are a crucial lifeline and we're working tirelessly to support as many people as possible. Our fundraising income is at risk and we're already estimating the loss of donations to be in the tens of thosands of pounds. So we're asking you to lace up your trainers, Run for VL and go the extra mile. With your help we can be there for those who need us most. Why you should join our running/Walking challenge. The health benefits running can increase stamina, strength and aerobic fitness. Its also a fun way to get fit. Burn calories running can help you maintain a healthy weight and keep active. Take part when and where you want - this challenge is a great way to stay motivated and keep up your daily exercise.
