I am raising money for a local charity called The Society of St James who are a hampshire-based homelessness charity who provide accommodation and support to more than 2500 people each year in our area.

The people that they work with often have diverse and complex issues surrounding homelessness, including addiction and mental health problems. Their range of services includes supported housing for homeless people, drug services, and specialist residential care.

Homelessness in this country has been increasing year on year, and is particularly something I have been moved by in our local cities of Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester. 

I have been pounding the streets, training on the gruelling hills of upper Swanmore, so if you can spare some cash for this much needed cause, it would make the training in the cold and rain that much more bearable!!
