Hi everyone, 

This September Luce and I have signed up for The Richmond Run Festival - a half marathon in support of the Alzheimer's Research Charity.

Despite dipping in to the occasional gym class and playing the odd game of tennis, long distance running does not run in the Cantlay genes and will be a challenge for us both. 

It is for a really great cause which is close to our hearts and a charity we are looking forward to raising some money for. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated no matter how small :)
