In the past five years I have seen first hand how peoples lives can change after suffering from a brain injury, close family members have had strokes and Headway Jersey are there to offer support.

This is my first Marathon with the longest I have run so far is 10km, and over the next 16 weeks I'll be pushing myself further than I have ever been before to achieve my goal of sub 4 hours and raising £2000 for this amazing charity,.
