Our group  is going to Walk or Run the whole perimeter of Wales a Massive 1653km as a group between October 1st - 30th October!

All attendees who complete the challenge will receive a Custom Made Medal for completing at least 35km during the month provided by our Team at Forces Fitness!  

The Welsh Guards Charity exists to support the Regiment, the Battalion and Welsh Guardsman of all ranks, both serving soldiers and retired veterans, and their families and as a former soldiers within the regiment I know how much this will mean to them!
