I am busy preparing for my next big run; the Lisbon Marathon in October 2019. 

My training runs through town to the river have regularly taken me past people unfortunate enough to be living on the streets and it is for this reason that I have decided this year to channel my efforts towards raising vital funds for The Bridge Trust.

The Bridge Trust is a charity that has supported single homeless people in West Kent since 1991. Over the years they have helped over 6,000 homeless people with essential support and advice and have housed over 700 people. Everyone deserves a safe and secure home of their own and The Bridge Trust empowers these individuals to fulfill their potential and regain control of their lives.

I appreciate that many of you have already been generous enough to support my fund-raising efforts in the past. However, if you are able to do so again, or feel you would like to donate for the first time, your contribution to this worthwhile charity will really help to make a difference and will be much appreciated.
