It may seem the height of folly, but on 19 June I will join 30 braver people than myself to abseil the Forth Rail Bridge to raise funds for carers.

Your donation will go to VOCAL's Carer Counselling Service which receives no regular funding from statutory authorities, but supports some of the most vulnerable carers at the most difficult stages of their caring role.
