Hi guys 👋 as most of you know I volunteer for the Hospice of The Valleys, over the years I’ve raised £3000+ for this amazing charity and this year in particular is a special one! Some of you may know my mam was diagnosed with breast and secondary liver cancer on the 9th February 2002 to which the doctors told her she had 2/3 years to live ‘if she was lucky’. 17 years on my Mam is still here, I’m so glad she’s still in my life! This year marks the 15th anniversary she’s been here with us when the doctors told her she wouldn’t be! So to celebrate my mam will be jumping 10,000 feet from a plane in September to raise money for this amazing charity! In order to do this we need to raise £380 to do the jump. So I have decided to organise a charity night that will be held at Nantyglo RFC on Friday 16th August!
