I will be heading out to Nepal in November. Spending a few days in the hospice doing maintenance work. Then I am trekking through Nepal on average 8 hours a day.

My training programme is mainly Crossfit and I’m completing a programme called Prime Evolution which has been written by Ollie Ollerton of the SAS programme who dares wins. Training the mind to get through the Trek is as important as the physical training.
