This year I have set myself another crazy challenge on the last weekend in April [Weather permitting] I am going to walk 50KM [~30 miles] to help raise money for HNWL who are a charity that support those who have been affected by acquired/traumatic brain injury. 

All your generous donations are very much appreciated and will allow the charity to continue in supporting those affected in the North West London area. 

The services they currently offer include two support groups and a day facility where brain injury survivors share experiences, regain skills, & rebuild confidence and social networks.
