Mental health is something close to our hearts here at Shogun West Wales.  Many of us have either experienced, or know someone who has struggled with a mental health condition.  With many people turning to some sort of physical fitness in order to control the effects of stress and anxiety that is associated with a mental health condition, we at Shogun West Wales wanted to give some support to those around us who find it challenging, and to utilise this sort of method as a release mechanism. 

So we have come up with the idea to run two challenges, over two days, in order to give some support to our local MIND charity at Llanelli.

In order to raise some vital funds, we propose to cycle 23 miles from our main Shogun HQ in Swansea to Shogun West Wales HQ in Kidwelly, on Saturday the 4th of September.  Then on Sunday the 5th of September, walk from Shogun HQ in Swansea to Shogun West Wales HQ in Kidwelly, utilising our fabulous coastal path.
