This year Silwood Park Karate is doing something a bit different and definately a bit hard! Every member will be performing 20 Tonne Ups to raise money for Pea Pods, a fab local charity.
A Tonne Up involves performing 10 reps of 10 different exercises, so that is a total of 2000 reps including 200 press ups, sit ups, squat thrusts and 7 other punishing exercises. Feel free to ask for the list and give just one Tonne Up a go, its a great work out!
