Phil & myself will be going from London to Birmingham (129 miles) throughout the month of May for the Men’s Mental Health Forum! 

Speaking about men’s mental health is a taboo subject that needs to be broken. In the UK we have lost too many men and boys to mental health, which is heartbreaking as it could be avoided with the right support and help. 

This cause is close to our hearts as our family suffered a loss last year due to mental health. 

Any money raised will be greatly appreciated by ourselves & the charity.
