Hi Everyone

As you all know I try to raise as much money a year as I can for Dynamic and 2022 will be absolutely no different.

This January (from the 2nd to the 31st) I will be doing my own mini triathlon. This will involve:

30 x 500 meter swims (20 lengths) 30 x 10km bike rides & 30 x 2.5km runs…..
