CV19 has had a dreadful impact on many people, including the young. Young people’s futures have become uncertain and their mental health has deteriorated.

Here at the charity, we are seeing more and more young people
crying out for help and have continued to adapt
our services to offer support throughout the pandemic including counselling, mental health support and employment-based training and qualifications. 

In July I will be walking in the Three Welsh 3 Peaks to raise as much money as possible for the charity.

Pen Y Fan in the South, Cadair Idris in mid-Wales, and Snowdon, the highest point in Wales, all within 24 hours.
