Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2016 my Wife was diagnosed with an aggressive bladder cancer and then in 2017 my Dad was also diagnosed with Bladder cancer, both had extensive surgery with life changing results. Both are happily in remission. My Wife is back at work and my Dad back to his favourite hobby, logging! The prognosis for both is good. 

So.... With my God son, Chris Healing, we decided to do a charity challenge and naturally we choose something nice and easy..... Climb the highest peak in Africa for MacMillan Cancer Support. 

Thus in March 2019 Chris and I are off for the 6 day ascent, walking to 20,000 feet in temperatures ranging from 30 to minus 20 degrees. Plus very little oxygen at the summit.
