The charity I work for is dedicated to improving the lives of young people by developing solutions to the biggest challenges young people face. I love my job and feel so strongly about the investment and importance of this kind of work for the now, future generations and communities we live in.

Our work at Youth Focus North East is driven by a strong set of values and principles; we see the potential in young people, not the problems. Being inclusive in our practise, and being able to create space for young people to take on new challenges and to develop personally and professionally is what we do. Being able to be part of this journey with young people is wonderful and investment in them is so vitally important!
