Simons Group employees were then asked to nominate charities close to their hearts and to vote for two from a shortlist of the most nominated organisations, with Alzheimer’s Society and Stroke Association receiving an overwhelming majority of the votes. Smaller donations remaining available through the PGH Trust and the Charity and Sponsorship Panel.

In order to attract and retain people into our industry we need to ensure that as employers we take a keen interest in looking after them. Collaborating on matters close to people’s hearts and health is a great way to ensure we keep our teams engaged and educated about well-being.
