We help young children with disabilities to work on all areas of their development.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  As a staff team, we have decided to do a 20km sponsored walk along the Thames, to help raise awareness and funds for our charity Small Steps.

Small Steps helps children with special needs, aged from birth to 5 years, work on all areas of their development, using the principles of conductive education.  The children who come to Small Steps have cerebral palsy, other forms of motor impairment, syndromes or sensory impairment. They need a great deal of extra stimulation and assistance to help them reach even the most basic milestones. At Small Steps, our multi-disciplinary team, lead both parent and child through a structured programme designed to help each child achieve individualised developmental steps.

We would be extremely grateful for your support.  Small Steps receives no statutory funding and is solely dependent on charitable grants, fundraising and donations, so no matter what the amount, every little bit will make a big difference!  Please dig deep and help us to help more disabled children and their families. Thank you.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
