We address the effects of homelessness to offer solutions, hope and choices

Story

Thanks for visiting our JustGiving page! This page aims to raise money for Trinity Winchester, a Winchester based charity which addresses the effects of homelessness. They help people who are vulnerable to the effects of homelessness, addiction, physical and mental ill health, poverty, social isolation and domestic abuse.

On Friday 17th May we will be joining Trinity's Big Sleep Out, spending the night sleeping out in the grounds of the Winchester Cathedral, in cardboard shelters we make. The event will start at 6pm and from 10pm there will be nothing. No lights, no music, just a chance to reflect.

This event is not at any way an experience of being homeless. We will be lucky enough to go home to our own warm beds the next day. This event is just an interesting way to raise vital funds, whilst having a challenging night.

Please help by contributing to our JustGiving page, coming along on the night to enjoy the entertainment, or even signing up yourself.
