Hey guys,

I’ve been trying to think of ways to keep motivated and find a bit of a purpose in this crazy time. Therefore, I have decided I will be running 100 MILES during May to raise money for a great charity in the local area.

Ups n Downs is a support group with registered charity status, dedicated to helping families and individuals in Northamptonshire affected by Downs Syndrome.
