None of us know what's around the corner so as we are fit and healthy lets go for it whilst we can eh! SO  Friday David & I are riding 100 miles on spin bikes in David Lloyd Poole reception, Saturday we need 48 others to join us for an hour spin and David will double what we rause & Sunday we are doing a PPS Road ride with coffee & cake provided so PLEASE JOIN US and donate your £5 or pop in keep us talking on the 100 mile Friday & buy a cake or pop your loose change in a bucket! Our legs have only just recovered from the 12 hour one 2 weeks ago lol!
