Some of you will know I have become part of the Lycra brigade but to date I have not cycled more than 40km. A c100km with a legendary climb will be really testing for me, so please help me along by sponsoring my ride so I can focus on that instead of the pain! (Any amount would help, give £5, £10 or loads, but please just give. The more people, the better!)

I am proud to ride for HYF, a project I'm involved with and love to support. We help over 100 Nepalese children with tragic family circumstances escape from poverty, or worse, and provide them a wonderful home and education in Kathmandu (see pics below for the hostel and kids). Please donate and ensure we can continue to give them such good care.
